"The rooms were really spacious and had plenty of space for our family of three. The location was brilliant as jsut under a 10mins walk to a shopping mall that had a large supermarket and ice rink to entertain the kids. It was only a 15-20mins walk to the Christmas markets and 10mins walk to the train station so we felt central to all the sights and amenities without the hustle and bustle of being in Innsbruck old town. Breakfast was basic but set up us for the whole morning/early afternoon....

"Very clean room and well laid out with a spectacular view. One server at the bar and one front desk were particularly helpful but all staff were pleasant and respectful. Problem with the safe not functioning was fixed within 24 hours."

"The digital check-in on site was a little tricky. The screen displays your room number briefly, then it goes away. It’s not printed on your card, so make sure you remember it 😁 The staff were super friendly and helpful!! Excellent location and the room was very nice! I would certainly stay here again!!"

"The location is fantastic -very close to main train station, area felt safe and very easy access to the centre for sightseeing, eateries etc. Staff were extremely welcoming and courteous. The breakfast was superb. A nice range of fresh foods and drinks at the buffet, with delightful staff bringing coffee to each guest’s table. "Gute Lage, gemütliches Hotel mit Garage. Sehr ruhig und angenehm. In der Nähe gibt es eine Bushaltestelle und einen großen Billa mit guten Lebensmitteln. Man kann also etwas kaufen, aufwärmen oder schnell kochen. Alles war sauber – Bettwäsche, Handtücher. Insgesamt sehr komfortabel. Der Kontakt mit dem Personal lief über Textnachrichten – sie haben immer schnell geantwortet und waren bei Fragen gut erreichbar."
