Of front desk, DIDI was especially helpful with transportation methods and getting some things printed for our cruise as well as general area info. Some others helped with one dinner recommendation that was excellent. We did not use any other amenities. Housekeeping was very good and c efficient...

"We had a very nice stay at the hotel and I would absolutely recommend it. It is located in an ideal spot in the city close to the train station and most tourist attractions with Depot and Sonnevelde House literally next door. The staff were extremely helpful when we had a few requests and were a credit to the hotel. My only small gripe is that there aren’t enough staff on at breakfast so certain options would run out quite often. The staff were rushed off their feet and still extremely helpful...
