"The house did not open when we first arrived. We got in but they needed to bring batteries for the front door lock. The house was freezing upon entry and had to call add the thermostat is not adjustable by guests. The garage door opener was stolen which they knew. The downstairs tv had several remotes. Several did not work (batteries?) so I wasn’t able to watch a game. The basketball game in the basement was fun for my son. Property was in good condition and the beds were nice but way too many...

"The front office/entry smelled good, but when you enter the actual building, the overwhelming smell of cigarettes and nastiness, slaps you in the face. The room was filthy. "The pool, water slide and hot tub are the main attractions. We stayed during Spring Break so it was (I assume) busier than usual. Front desk staff is a 10/10. Backs up to a Scheels and literally any business you could imagine is with 5-10 miles. Breakfast varied every day. We will definitely be back. The elevator sucks and housekeeping is rude- but those are minor. Everything that matters is well maintained and makes for a great stay"
