"When I booked this hotel, it was showing up as pet friendly. When I arrived they claimed the opposite... After 5 minutes they accepted another couple's cat with no problem. I was shouted at by an old lady because of the dog! I was not welcomed properly. They even asked for a deposit for my dog (4 kg!!!!).
