Modern and Convenient Lodging

This was a wonderful apartment in a good location for us. It was an easy walk to a grocery store, good restaurants, and the cathedral and museums. The apartment was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The price in mid November was unbelievably low for such modern and convenient lodging.

Excellent apartment

Brand new and excellent apartment. On the edge of town 750m off of the Camino. But a beautiful apartment. There is a very large construction project across the street that looks it may take years to complete, but I arrived at end of a work day so it was quiet. Very, very nice apartment. Would definitely stay again. Good, basic kitchen (small refrigerator) but with a super sharp knife (a rarity!)

The place is gorgeous and you have a nice view on both sides of the property. Only concern I would say is we woke up one night with the door opened and we were positive we locked the door. But it would have been the door needed more force to be closed. Overall stay was great. Quiet place and easy to locate around the city.

The property had an amazing patio but it was raining and we were not able to enjoy it . There was construction going on so some views obstructed a little difficult to find parking but that is to be expected in the city.

The apartment is beautiful, new, clean and big. The location is also excellent. We only struggled with communication. The apartment is managed by a company. They have an automated “guest hub” where you can find useful info about location, check-in (you will receive a code for all the doors one hour before check-in) and check-out. The problem is if you need anything personal. So, if you will arrive after 4pm and leave before 11am and don’t need any human interaction for specific problems or information, this apartment is very nice.

Tolles Appartement! Sehr modern und neuwertig. Bequemes Bett. Alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man braucht inkl. Waschmaschine/Trockner. Moderne Klimaanlage, die flüsterleise läuft. Schallisolierte Fenster. Alles sehr ruhig. Das Zentrum ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Tip Top. Einzig: es gibt keinen persönlichen Check In. Man muss vorab per Internet oder App einchecken und seine Ausweiskopien hochladen. Fazit: echte Empfehlung für einen Oviedo Besuch.

Hygge total

Lugar precioso, práctico, acogedor… “Hygge” total. Se nota que se diseñó con esmero. Tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasar unos días en Oviedo como si estuvieras en tu casa. Yo era más de hoteles, pero quise probar este apartamento porque parecía muy bonito en las fotos y tenía buenas reseñas. Cumplió con todas mis expectativas. De hecho, me dio ideas para la decoración de mi futura casa. Algo que me gustó especialmente, es que puedes controlar la temperatura por completo. No está centralizada. Este es un lujo que la mayoría de hoteles 4 estrellas en España no ofrecen, obligándote a dormir con calor. Aquí pude dormir como a mí me gusta, por debajo de los 20°C. Y en un colchón muy cómodo. También me gustó mucho la estufa en la pared del cuarto de baño para secar las toallas y ponerte la camisa calentita después de la ducha. Volveré.
