"Our condo was ready even though we were early arrivals. The bellman transported us and our gear to the condo, he verified that all keys worked properly before leaving. The housekeeping manager was just finishing her inspection when we arrived. The unit was clean, supplies plentiful, and everything worked as it should. Bonus, there was an ice maker in the fridge with the bin half full of cubes already. All staff on site were pleasant, polite and helpful during our stay. "Paul provided some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. He was neither welcoming nor pleasant during check-in, which made for a poor first impression. The room itself was spacious and mostly clean, but the tub had dried soap residue and clearly needs to be replaced because the paint was peeling. There was also a very strange smell in the room. On a positive note, Makeeba was absolutely welcoming and pleasant. She checked me out with a smile and made me feel appreciated and welcome."
