"We had a great condo, well furnished, beds were great, great view except for the railing being so high on the lanai. Also, cooking pans and knives could use an update. Waves are rough on this side of the island so you must travel to snorkel."

"Our first time in St. Martin and was so happy with staying here. It was clean and didn't feel like a hotel. Everyone was helpful that we met! We were there for 5 days. Kitchen was clean and so were all the dishes that were provided for us. I had brought dishwasher pods from home but found dishwasher detergent there so we just used what was provided. It was really nice. Beach was clean and although we didn't use the pool, that whole area seemed maintained and clean as well.

"Very nice grounds and pool. Rooms were clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Good location. We booked a pool view but ended up with a room where you had to hang off the balcony to see it. When we expressed our disappointment, our room was changed within the hour. Would definitely stay again."

"Very nice place to stay. Nico , the manager was very attentive to all our needs. The location is close to lots of restaraunts, and famouse maho beach where planes fly over. The beach in front of cocovaa is very nice with beach chairs and drink service from d's. The runway being close is very entertaining, didnt bother us with the noise. Airport is shut down all night. I would stay there again"

"5th time in St Maarten and this is the best place we’ve stayed. Great area right on Simpson Bay Beach and near many great restaurants, including their own dining. The Boon has a great down to earth feel and my wife and I came to think of their animals as our own pets while we were there. Super clean and staff is so friendly! We’ll 100% stay here again. "
