The shower head was hanging out of the wall approx. four inches, had to hold it in place when shower turned on. Tub finish looked terrible. Patch? Repair? "

"I notified the frint desk that next door there was a few men staying in one room who were very loud and hanging outside the room. The clerk said at 10pm they would be asked to be quiet. I called the clerk again at 1am that many men were out front yelling, sounded drunk and like there was an altercation and the clerk again stated he’d ask them to be quiet. Also on a first level room the room above was stomping around from 5am to 7am. I asked for a full or partial refund and was told the main manager would contact me and nobody did. I got no sleep and it seemed like an unsafe place to be. "

"We booked an oceanview room and when we checked in, it was on the 3rd floor and blocked by all the palm trees...no view. They moved us on the 3rd night to higher floor and it was much better but we only got to enjoy it for one night. That new room had brown water coming out of the shower, no conditioner and no waste basket liner. The towels were like sandpaper. It really did not feel like a luxury hotel at all."

"If you are just there to eat and don’t need breakfast or a pool etc it’s an ok to good stay. If you are a hard sleeper it would be a goodnight sleep, however if you are not a hard sleeper you will hear highway traffic as the highway is right next to the hotel. Wear earplugs. "

"The air conditioning took a long time to cool the room, and the lighting throughout the space was poor. With no true blackout blinds, the room stayed in an odd, dim mood that never felt comfortable. They are clearly refilled with inexpensive, non‑professional products. The shampoo was bright orange, and didnt smell at all, and that's not Davines shampoo. For someone with a lot of hair, this is a dealbreaker. The lotion and countertop items were also basic motel products, not luxury. The pool area looked nice, though we didn’t use it. I didn’t see an outdoor shower, which would be a valuable addition, ideally one near the entrance as well. The flooring color is attractive, but it becomes extremely slippery when you walk in with sand on your shoes. The hotel was very quiet, which I appreciated. They are currently building another small hotel right next door. It’s clear"
