"Air conditioning worked great. But our stay in a “deluxe” room with 2 double beds was very uncomfortable. No blankets were provided (the “comforter” is more like a sheet) and limited pillows (4 thin ones), toilet paper (no back ups, just one on the roll), and towels (2 thin and small towels, could not even cover myself up with one) BOTH the comforters had holes in them, shower curtain was stained with blood, fridge was a mini fridge and lacked space, floors were dusty (dust storms are common in the area), and the space was less than I needed for my family of 5. Pool was closed “due to dust storm breaking the filter”."

"I would give this place negative stars if I could. DO NOT GO HERE. I was double charged.we were only given 2 towels for 3 people over 3 days, our sheets weren’t changed at all. The floor was filthy. We couldn’t walk barefoot because our feet would turn black with the amount of dirt. I had to use a soaking towel and wipe the whole floor myself. We chose this hotel because it advertised a pool, it was empty/not working. Stairs were rusted and falling apart(literally). There was zero good light in the room other than one light stand that barely lit the room. Curtains were broken. We had to check out 2 days early because we couldn’t stand this place. This place should be red tagged."

"Not fresh breakfast and no one was cleaning anything up, asked for new sheets because there was food crumbs when we first got into our room and trash on the floor and was told there aren't any clean sheets available. You would think the next day they'd figure that out and try to fix the issue but no one even checked or came by "

"Sometimes you just go to a property on an off day and sometimes you just have a bad experience that is not the norm and I feel like that's what happened to me so I don't want to paint this as a nightmare hotel. The common areas are REALLY REALLY nice. The bar, the restaurant, the pool & Jacuzzi. The Jacuzzi wasn't hot when I wanted to get in around 8pm. They tried their best to heat it up but it takes some time so I ended up going to bed before it got hot. A bummer but they at least did something about it to try to make it work out for me. It seems like the rooms are very hit or miss. Mine was pretty nasty if I'm going to be honest. I had a king bed room and the furniture was chipped, stains on the carpet and the bathtub had black mold, paint in it, rust around the drain (no drain cover) and chips in the actual tub. That was my second room since there were some kind of bugs in the bed in my first one. The next morning I saw some rooms that had double beds that looked really nice so, maybe get a room with double beds and you'll be better off The staff was great, They hire very cool people. There were apologies and they were super nice. The next day it looked like they had the Jacuzzi working and people were having a really nice time out there so like I said, I think maybe I just had an uncharacteristically bad experience that isn't the norm. But I'd say the quality of the rooms don't match the quality of the common areas so be prepared for that shocker."
