"No help with luggage. I had to park and drag 6 pieces if large luggage across 50 meters of cobble stone pavement. One of our rooms was 4 flights of stairs which the elevator did not reach to. The rooms are very unpracticle, the had 2 floors. You have to climb uo a small sporal stsircase for one room, and the second room on top i had to go down a flight of stairs to get to the bedroom and bathroom. The property and history was very impressive for that area. If you dont mind the above...

"The only positive! The pool was clean for my daughter and my grandchildren. The waiters in the restaurant working hard in this heat, and catered for our needs. The dinner was good. Unfortunately thats it! Breakfast was awful and no choices to cater for all needs. Everything else was a big let down and shocking to say the least. The rooms were disgraceful, so many things broken and unclean and for the prices I paid too for two rooms. Those rooms should be out of bounds! Let alone dangerous with...

"Wonderful stay with peaceful private beach. The beach was perfect- refreshing and clear water and soft clean sand. Easy and lovely. We would recommend The Summit to any friends looking for a beach stay without the chaos of the public beach. We went with our two older kids and they also had a fantastic time on the beach."

"Struttura a 5 minuti da Sperlonga, la distanza perfetta per non trovarti nel caos nei periodi di punta. Un ambiente "rurale" che ti fa godere la natura; ristorantino sfizioso, camere molto ampie e pulite e poi.... quella piscina a sfioro con vista sul mare fa la vera differenza. Personale accorto e gentile. Ci torno sicuramente."
