"We visited Cuitadella for a festival and chose this hotel as we felt it would be well located to pop back and forth to the activities, which it was. We booked the suite on the top floor as this also had a small outside space. "Staff were excellent always happy to help, WiFi was good and pools were fine. The apartment, Sunbeds and the area of the hotel we stayed in were a bit tired. Absolute bonus was proximity to a lovely little beach. Breakfast was self service and no issues with that. Location was a 5E taxi ride from the centre, which was well worth a visit."

"Rooms were very clean , but now need updating to a walk in shower. Breakfast was chaos! The 2 coffee machines constantly broke down during breakfast hours. Coffee was served to your table with milk but if you wanted tea you had to fill your teapot at the coffee machine which took ages , queues forming and then had to ask for cold milk from staff ! Hot items such as eggs and bacon were ordered from the staff and bought to your table but then if you required tomato/ mushrooms or sausage you then...
