This hotel is a beautiful escape from the noisiness and business of Palermo. The staff are very helpful and the rooms are clean and unique. The courtyard around the hotel is so peaceful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The apartment was excellent! Really high standard. Gianluca and Roberto were amazing hosts who could not do enough for you. I would definitely stay again

I love this location - close to the trendy spots but away at the same time. The staff are beyond amazing and friendly and helpful and the hotel is an oasis in a busy city- pool most welcome on hot days too. And the breakfast and roof deck are lovely. I will stay here again the next time I am in Palermo

Beautiful property and friendly staff. Our room looked out over the water and marina with Palermo in the background. Such a peaceful setting to enjoy your breakfast in the morning.

Great location in Mondello, the staff are excellent, nothing is too much trouble. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

From when we arrived until when we left, the staff were truly outstanding. As an example, we needed tickets to an event, and a member of staff escorted my wife and I as to where we could buy the tickets. Fabulous customer service! Recommendations on where to eat, places to go, nothing was too much for Wim, concierge Nicola, and the other staff to help us with. Bravo Team Wagner! Forza Rosanero!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel I can't speak highly enough of it. The staff were excellent, particularly the manager Mario who helped us when we got into difficulties with stolen wallet on the bus!. We had a standard room which was surprisingly luxurious. Buffet breakfast was excellent with extras no extra charge. The hotel is in a very quiet street but within easy walking distance to the main attractions. We would definitely stay there again.

Very helpful staff.

The restaurant on the top floor was perfect for evening drinks, offering a great atmosphere and views. Breakfast in the morning had a good selection and got our day off to a great start

Hotel was easy to find from the train station connecting to the airport, in a very good location next a beautiful park and convenient for a walk into town. The staff could not have been more helpful, service was excellent and the breakfast excelled

Amazing stay. Lovely rooms. Spa fab. Breakfast top notch. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or return.

Arrived into Palermo after a very peaceful crossing from Livorno into the sheer hell that is rush hour in the sicily's capital. Took me 1 hour 15 minutes to drive 8 miles......it should have only been 5 but got lost more Han once despite SatNav. On arrival at Bel 3 hotel, we were met by a pleasant welcome from amiable staff. Room was fantastic with a large bathroom and terrific views from the balcony. After chilling for an your we dined in the restaurant. Joy a pizza and a beer but very...

The hotel is clean, comfortable and modern. We had a basic room which was still a decent size with an en suite shower room. The bed was good. Reception and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just a block from Politeama (named for Theatre Politeama rather than that actual piazzas), which with neighbouring piazza Sturzo is one of the main centres for both AMAT city buses (Mondello, Central Station, Norman Palace etc) and intercity coaches to/from the west (Airport,...

We spent two weeks at the Centrale Palace over Christmas and New Year. It was like living in a palazzo as guests of the family! All of the public areas of the hotel are beautiful - filled with chandeliers and antique furniture. Breakfast was comprehensive and the buffet contained plenty of choice including some Sicilian specialities. Everyone on reception was extremely helpful and the rooms kept spotless. We attended the 'gala dinner' at the rooftop restaurant on New Year's Eve. It was...

The hotel is easy to find as is situated on the main street off the central station (Via Roma). There is a bus that costs about 11 euros return from the airport which runs every half an hour from 4:30am until 10pm!! Don't let taxi drivers try and scam you! The hotel itself is very clean and the staff are very helpful. The hotel has an old lift which is somewhat a novelty that you learn to love. The restaurant on the top floor is phenomenal! The food is some of the best in the city of Palermo...

Grand hotel with marble floors and high ceilings impressive, superb breakfast and great location for shopping and getting the hop on hop off bus for sightseeing. A half hour walk to the bus and train station and it wasn't possible to access the port or see the sea.
