"The location is ideal: close to downtown Palm Springs but still calm and private. This is a wonderful alternative to large resorts if you’re looking for a boutique experience with excellent service. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again."

My only complaint is that The Lola Rose restaurant food was always cold. Very very dog friendly and look forward to staying at the property again soon. "

"Room was clean and bathroom was a good size with a great shower, surprised not to have USB ports or any shower caps / cotton pads etc, that said the toiletries were lovely and there were plenty of towels. Bar and food were great although quiet in the evening and closing up by 9pm. Spa was closed but presumably if you wanted a treatment they would have been able to sort something? "

"The room was pretty nice. Everything worked, including the sizeable that had Netflix and Prime. Shower was fully stocked with nice shampoos and toiletries. Only thing which was a little weird was there felt like, beyond the restaurant, there wasn’t anybody on staff at the hotel, but, to be fair, I stayed over Christmas, so it might be a little busier at other times. All in all, a great choice!"

"Clean and stylish, right in the heart of downtown so easy walking access to everything. Enjoyed the evening wine /beer and snack. Nice rooftop pool that we spent a lot of time at! Only downside was that there was a birthday event one day and a wedding event one evening on the rooftop while we were there which took away from the calm/relaxing environment and felt a bit weird while you’re trying to lounge in your bathing suit. Also, drinks are really pricey and add up quick. "
