Great find

What an amazing find this hotel was. Absolutely immaculate, extremely helpful staff, quiet, and a totally relaxing atmosphere. I've given this hotel top marks for everything as I simply couldn't fault it. Oh, and pay 9 euros for the breakfast and don't get ripped off on the seafront.

Good location a short walk away from the beach. Great pool. Clean room - noisy aircon so the hotel gave another room at no cost. Very nice staff. Not a good food selection from the bar menu - only pizza or baguette recommend to have more options. Spa shop near by. Bus to Palma near by. Luggage storage and able to use the pool and facilities on check out day which was great! Overall a good stay - would recommend. 👍

The room was too simple for 3 stars hotel and there were 2 single beds united, not one. Also, we reserved the room with pool/sea view and after reserving it, the specification of the room didn't appear anymore, so we got a room with street view and a loot of noise. The breakfast and the pool is worth it.

Very nice stay and service in top for dollar

All things being said this hotel had a little bit of a Young crowd, however there was very good manners with not pre booking dear at the pool ( which often happens at other establishments) and the pool and hotel itself spotless clean and nicely maintained and temperatured. Service personnel very very polite and professional and helpful. A receptions (Facu) was most helpful with an idea for a non touristy restaurant close by. Very happy with this one night stay and if I had to comment on one thing it would be the little light that seeps under the door at night. But a really pleasant experience. Maja

Nice hotel in a convenient location to beach!

Nice hotel near the beach! Has lots of amenities and very affordable. We appreciate the helpfulness of the staff! Room was a decent size, A/C worked not super strong but unless you are used to sleeping in freezing cold it was fine. Pool area is very nice, breakfast had many options and tasted great!

Room actually has working A/C

Great hotel near the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of amenities to make your stay comfortable. Plus a working A/C which in the summer in Spain is huge. Beware lots of hotels claim to have A/C but either they dont work or not well enough.

Clean and modern

Mostly young Germans stay here but they were fairly well behaved and friendly. Only complaint is that they only have one small lift. We were on the 7th floor so you had to wait quite awhile at times to get the lift

I only stayed at this hotel for 1.5 nights , 1 full day due to my return flight being cancelled at the gate at midnight so it's difficult to review. The El CID where I stayed for 5 nights was far nicer and in a much better location with lovely views and good selection of tasty food, on the beach, sea view, definitely recommend EL CID HOTEL. EXCELLENT! Rooms with sea view/balcony, very clean, spotless and tastefully decorated/interior .

English wasn’t really spoken at hotel so we struggled to check in and order food. Had to pay €2 per day to hire a pool towel. Shower room had no towels or soap so had to use dirty pool towels.

This is a nice hotel and quiet when I was there. At check in you have to sign a rule sheet which seems designed to emphasis quiet and order. I didn't experience any problems and I didn't have to wear a wrist band during the shoulder season. The no guests in your room policy is likely meant to discourage noise in the rooms. My only discomfort was it was a bit cold at night and there isn't a warm blanket on the bed nor heat available on the thermostat. I'd stay here again.

Clean, Good location, and nice view.

The hotel was very clean, there was constantly people cleaning the lobby/indoor areas during the day & the pool area and rooms were immaculate. I am always pleased about clean bathrooms and this place definitely delivered. Drink options by the pool bar were limited but reasonably priced. Do be aware that it is VERY german here, however all staff speak english also so no issue with communication. They were reasonably friendly and said hi when we walked past, and were helpful whenever we asked for help. You can only leave your bags until 9pm after check out despite the 24/7 reception which was a bit of a bummer but we could work around it. We did get told off for playing music in the room in the evening - but that was our fault for not reading the rules properly, although the staff member that told us off was quite grumpy. We requested a room with a sea view and we got one which we were very pleased with despite it being back off the sea front. The pool was perfect, and there were jets on during our last day. Short walk to a SPAR for water/drinks/limited essentials, and a short 5-8 min walk to the beach, restaurants and bars.

We had a horrible customer service experience. We stayed for one night since our flight was departing very early next morning. The lady at the front desk was rude and didn’t have any customer orientation skills. The room had ants everywhere and was extremely hot since the air conditioning wasn’t working well. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
