"The room was very good with great sea views of Marina. Staff were very helpful . The main reception was average as seating quite tatty. We also ordered food at roof top bar, burgers which were absolutely terrible and inedible. Cheap meat and for 4 star hotel very disappointing."

"We’ve just come back from a 4-night stay and had a really enjoyable break. I stayed with my daughter and our room was a great size, modern, with much-needed air con in the summer heat, and the bed was super comfortable. The shower is open to the rest of the room, but there’s a curtain provided to spare any embarrassment of being naked in front of your family 😂 It worked absolutely fine for us! The hotel staff were super lovely and helpful, even working in the heat of summer! A big shout out to Leidy, who worked at breakfast and the bar. She was so lovely and kind to both me and my daughter and really stood out during our stay. The hotel itself is modern, clean and only a quick 3–5 minute walk to the beach and waterfront, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. It’s around 10 minutes from the airport and about a 20-minute drive into Palma Old Town, so really convenient. The rooftop bar was a highlight for us, especially at sunset. We saw some of the most incredible skies and evenings up there. Definitely worth heading up with a drink as the sun goes down! There are two main pool areas. One side is quieter and seemed perfect for younger families, while the other is a little livelier with music. We enjoyed both. Breakfast had plenty of options and you can eat in either tower. There seemed to be a little more choice in the back tower, including a gluten-free section, but both did the job! For a quick 4-night trip to get some summer sun, it did the job!"

"Our stay at this hotel in Mallorca was absolutely wonderful. The property was beautiful, spotless, and in a perfect location. The rooms were comfortable, the atmosphere was relaxing, and everything exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to the front desk team, who made our stay even more enjoyable. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. From great local recommendations to making sure everything went smoothly, their exceptional customer service truly stood out. They made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived until we checked out. We had an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Mallorca!"

"The hotel was a perfect place to stay—clean and easy! The staff was of great help. Close to the beach, 5 mins walking. Well connected by public transport to the airport and old city. Unlike the other hotel, this hotel and BRUNCH are open up to 1.30 pm. Great help for people who don't want to wake up early for breakfast"

"We loved this hotel and gave it 5 stars as the food was excellent, lovely cocktails, and best of all was the large pool and spacious grounds. There was an abundance of sunbeds in sun and shady areas and you could always find some at any time of the day. No sun bed wars early in the morning as no towels on beds before 9am was a massive bonus. We went all inclusive but the drinks and lunches at the pool bar were reasonable if we had booked a different board basis. The rooms were cleaned daily and everywhere was spotlessly clean apart from the toilets (could have done without more attention). The free shuttle bus to Palma Nova was great. Its a much nicer beach and you can get boat trips, mini golf there plus lots of shops/bars/restaurants. A later bus coming back would have been appreciated as it stops at 6:45pm, last bus back. The entertainment crew work hard to get everyone doing activities, we loved the aqua in the pool. Special mention to Sebastian (our favourite barman), Danger (favourite restaurant staff) and all the cooks who got gluten free cakes/rolls for me daily. We loved this hotel but it would have been even better with a pool table and maybe a disco one evening. There is a huge entertainment room which could be better utilised and the indoor bar could have longer opening hours for those wanting to escape the sun and cool off inside. We also missed having an a la carte restaurant but to be fair, the food was very good in the buffet."

"Beautiful hotel!! Breakfast was amazing. Large variety. They even had a gentleman frying eggs! Unfortunately, I only stayed one night. Wish I could have stayed longer. Close to airport as well."
