"The triple room was very small with no balcony - we ended up paying to upgrade. Also the pool is in an orangery (with slide open doors and pull back roof) which I think isn’t made too clear. But otherwise it was lovely"

"The hotel is convenient for all areas within Palma. Situated overlooking the marina, & close to the cruise terminal. Very friendly staff in all areas & an excellent pool area. Our room was cleaned daily. The only thing missing was padding on the sun loungers."
