"The triple room was very small with no balcony - we ended up paying to upgrade. Also the pool is in an orangery (with slide open doors and pull back roof) which I think isn’t made too clear. But otherwise it was lovely"

"What a gem. We had one of the best breakfasts in a hotel ( and I travel a lot on business trips). Amazing location. Good feeling about the hotel. Parking next to hotel. Buy parking from them as it is cheaper."

"The hotel is convenient for all areas within Palma. Situated overlooking the marina, & close to the cruise terminal. Very friendly staff in all areas & an excellent pool area. Our room was cleaned daily. The only thing missing was padding on the sun loungers."
