"This little gem was a fantastic find off the beaten path in Colorado Springs. I opted to make several reservations just in case we wanted to swap places. The property itself is just breathtaking and beautiful. Plenty of grounds to cover hiking, on a stroll, bird watching. Our first hike we saw wild turkeys, a bobcat nursing her baby, and rabbits. Lots of history and detail in this place. Would definitely return!"

"The room's carpet needed cleaning and the shower curtain was ripped at the top in a few places. Our mattress should be replaced as it really sagged to the middle. The bathroom sink faucet showed signs of significant wear. Overall, the room could use some upgrade/remodeling."

"The room was very spacious and well organized. Jadin at the front desk was very helpful explaining the Hilton honor program. He won my 3 year old grand daughter over with the simple gesture of giving her a badge for hurting finger. This saves me from a trip to Walmart. I have been the hotel business for 40 years. "This is a beautiful, newer hotel in a great location. It's close to lots of shopping and restaurants. There is also a nice pool, easy parking, and good breakfast. Great stay!"

"The room was nice, but the breakfast was not edible and there is no additional food service othee than reheated meals. The coffee was nice. While checking out, there was a clearly drugged (I would assume fentanyl) man in the elevator. I requested help from the staff and he was removed, but he was able to get into the hotel unnoticed by the staff. A less than optimal experience, to say the least."
