Even after getting to breakfast within half hour after breakfast start time, we found some items were empty and not refilled unless you make a request. Never used the pool. Accessible to almost all attractions around Colorado Springs area with less then 15 min drive. Abundant dining options in 5 min drive for dinner or lunch "

"The staff was definitely the highlight of this day. They were all very kind and helpful. The rooms were ok. The whole hotel could benefit from new carpet or laminate flooring. The breakfast was okay. I did get put in a room under someone who is staying long term with four kids. It was very noisy. They offered to move me but the rooms they had available did not smell very good."
