"The room was good, but the water wasn't very hot. The casino was remodeling and they didn't have enough waitresses. Staff was very friendly though. "

"Clean bed, but the pillows had no support. No airport shuttle, but I was aware of it ahead of time. I had a late night arrival and there were no available Uber or Lyft rides when I attempted to pre-book a ride. I called hotel front desk for suggestions on how to get there (first time visit to UT) and was given no help or alternatives to unavailable ride share. Google got me a taxi. I can’t sleep without white noise from a box fan and was so glad to hear you have them for guests. Because of late arrival, I asked this to please be in my room upon arrival, it was not. It was after 1am and the front desk person was alone, so I had to come back down to pick it up. I requested this with a human at the hotel 3 times prior to arrival and was disappointed. Breakfast was great, thank you so much The woman who checked me out was awesome and so helpful. I don’t remember her name, but she was using a knee walker/scooter. So sweet, kind and helpful. This woman and the breakfast were the best part of my stay."

"We only stayed one night at the Moapa Motel, but our one night was great and perfect for what we needed it for. The room was very clean, not quite their high season, so it was very quiet, we had to check in at the gas station next door and went for a few snacks later on and everyone behind the counter was always very pleasant and helpful. It was easy check-in. I enjoy staying in small establishments and this was perfect for us. We ate at the restaurant next-door and it was excellent! In our server was super nice and very efficient. I highly recommend staying there if you’re going to be in the area. It’s not a chain hotel five star, but it’s clean in the area safe and the people are friendly so I still give it a five star for what I look for and a place to stay!"
