"The staff all were very professional and friendly. The rooms do require some renovations. The oceanfront rooms are quite comfortable but needs new paint on the walls."

"The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We were able to get an early check in to get ready for our anniversary dinner. The room was clean. Plenty of towels (usually not the case at other hotel brands). Breakfast was adequate. Plenty of handicap parking up front. An overall positive experience."

"Traveled here with my family. Beautiful beach view with a balcony. Lots of cute stores and restaurants nearby. Loved the Pier walk. Nice restaurant and cafe inside the hotel . Staff is very friendly, had a small issue which was handled professionally and efficiently."

"The cons: The facility is definitely dated. You can tell it’s a very old building and the owners have did a nice attempt at trying to bring a modern look to the rooms. I think it’s important to be honest and note that the housekeeping could be doing a better job at paying attention to details when they are cleaning. The mattresses could be updated. They are fairly old. At one point we asked for a couple fresh towels and were instructed to bring the old ones to the office and they would swap them...

"Check-in process was clunky and not user-friendly. It was hard to get ahold of someone when we needed help when first checking in. The condo we booked was not with the resort directly, so working with a 3rd party was not convenient. The condo was clean and had a great view once we were in. Things ran smoothly once we obtained our door access code. It was a little overwhelming on the emails we received for wanting us to buy extras. "

"The hotel on the beach was great the staff were nice and helpful, clean hotel /room, nice pool n hot tub, good breakfast. I like the the parking but you pay but not bad. Everything walking distance to stores n restaurants. Will stay again!! Great experience"

"The room had leaks in the ceiling and mold was growing. When it rained, water came in through the entrance door. One of the stove burners did not work. There was damage to the walls and an actual hole in wall that was not repaired. Had trouble getting clean towels for our room daily. Water leaking down the inside the wall was a hazard because it was leaking into the light switch receptacle. The only thing decent in the room was the beds."

"Very nice property. Great building and great location. Only downside was the ice machine had black mold in it and the mini fridge that was provided was frozen over with ice."
