"Beautiful hotel. Spotlessly clean. Lovely check in experience. Long day of travelling with a flight delay and offered complimentary Prosecco which was a nice touch. Spacious twin room. Large shower.
Only had breakfast once as it quite expensive at 230 lei but a good buffet and also à la carte options. Would highly recommend the afternoon tea. Excellent service and delicious food. 250 lei pp with a glass of Prosecco, 200 lei without.
The Vault bar is stunning.
Basic but lovely spa with a sauna, steam room and swimming pool and maybe 6-8 loungers.
Excellent location for the old town.
Would highly recommend.
Only downside was a miserable check out. No eye contact. Didn’t ask if we had enjoyed the stay or even how much our bill was. Just printed it off and handed me an envelope after payment had been taken. Luckily this wasn’t the welcome we received."
