"I chose this hotel due to its proximity to the Milano Centrale train station. It was within walking distance but we chose to use Uber instead. The front desk is staffed 24 hours which was helpful as we needed to checkout pretty early to catch the train to the airport for our morning flight back to the U.S. The room was quiet and clean. It was a short walk to the nearest metro station which was an easy and quick way to get to the city center where we had an apertivo and dinner. The shower is...

"The property was clean . In the basement, so no issues of stairs. The owner was very responsive and helpful too. The kitchen was well equipped ( no dishwasher though). The bathrooms and rooms were very clean. The area was pretty central too, easy access to the station through the tram and the metro was pretty close too. Good stay! "

"The location was great, many choices for transit, including 2 metro stations. The room was very good, with a good size bathroom. The staff was a true the 5-star one; from the welcoming people at the front desk, to the courteous personnel at the breakbast, they all were very professional and ready to help. Many thanks to all!"

"It's a nice hotel but can't really give it much more than that. On the website it looks lovely but the reality is the ceilings are not polished or plastered (gives the impression the hotel was not finished properly!), the floor is very loud if someone downstairs or upstairs has heels on (I had both in my case!). The lobby looks good and the rooms are spacious, but lacking in simple things like a proper wardrobe (just a rail!) or drawers. Safe is good and shower was ok but not very powerful.

"Staff was great. The location is perfect. I strongly recommend you stay here since you are right at the Metro Red Line stop that will take you to the main spots without the downtown issues. At the same time if you are working on the other side (extraradio) of the city is a good balance."
