Found A/C didn't keep room cool. Rooms were clean. 1st night, we didn't get coffee for next morning. No drinking water also 1st night. Just the 1st night. Rest of the stay,we had no issues.

The bathroom was almost dangerous. I had to step over to get in and it was approximately 38 inches high with no grab rail. I am only 60 inches tall so that was quite a step.
