ibis budget Paris Porte de Montmartre
My experience was just okay, at the end of the day we only went to the hotel to sleep. I found a living cockroach in my room, not a pleasant moment. There was a little community of unsheltered people living across the street, I don’t qualify it as a safety issue, but I hesitate at the beginning.
