When we check in, we are assigned room 1 on the ground, but it is too noisy at night, for it is near the train station. After we give this feedback, the staff is really nice to assign another room for us, the only problem is the new room has a pit on the ground, and if not careful, it will be easy to fall down, but much better than the 1st one. As for transportation, it is good, since Europe station is nearby, and it is easy to find a grocery. It lives up to my expectation on a 3-star hotel in Paris.

La limpieza de la habitación es buena, las instalaciones en general bien, pero se escucha mucho el ruido de los pasillos y otras habitaciones. La chica de recepción muy amable. No me gustó nada el desayuno, sé que es sencillo pero no vale para nada lo que te cobran, todos los días lo mismo y muy poca cantidad. La ubicación si tienes que caminar bastante, aunque no se ve muy bien afortunadamente fue seguro para nosotros.

Lors de la réservation, cela montrait une photo d'une grande chambre, ce n'était pas le cas, tout l'inverse même. Literie moyenne, oreillers peu confortables. La clim, gérée de façon centrale n'était pas réglable selon mon envie, et j'ai du dormir fenêtre ouverte car il faisait trop chaud dans la chambre (23° d'après le capteur mural) Sauf que collé pratiquement aux rails de la gare Saint Lazare, beaucoup de bruits de trains. Il a fallu faire un choix entre le bruit et la chaleur. Je ne retournerai pas dans cet hotel. Cela ne mérite pas le prix que j'ai payé.

Excellent location and comfortable for the price. Very quiet at night as it's away from any main drag.Except for one girl who was lovely, the reception staff couldn't really care less about you. Our room was only cleaned once in 5 days and even then I had to request it. Breakfast was good but the mood of the staff depended upon who was working. One couldn't do enough for you and the other one thought she was doing you a favour. A couple of gripes but I would still stay there again.
