Great hotel in a great location. Lovely family room. We walked to Montmartre every evening for dinner. Great atmosphere. Metro really close and we used the bus across the road too. Hotel staff super friendly and really helpful. Breakfast good. Free hot drinks all round. We would stay here again. Family of 3 for 3 nights.

It had charm and the staff was excellent, but the room was incredibly small. My legs were hanging off the bed, but I amtall and I should have remembered from my last trip to Paris that French hotels, unless is an American chain are going to be small. Otherwise, my stay was wonderful except for the one night when I returned from dinner and was locked out.

A l’arrivée à l’hôtel , le personnel est très accueillant. Vous avez à disposition un café ou un thé à disposition pour vous reposer dans l’hôtel si vous arrivez avant l’heure . Le personnel est à l’écoute , la chambre est propre , la chambre est très bien équipée. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et il y a du choix. Un garage avec gardien juste à côté de l’hôtel . Tout était parfait .

Great location. The hotel was comfortable and the staff friendly and ready to help when needed. We stayed in a family room and found this to have enough space and comfort to make our short break very enjoyable. Breakfast was also good.

Staff were lovely, the room was fantastic (a fridge and iron would have been nice though). We weren’t told they were having a renovation, or that the lift was broke (we were on the 6th floor). The stairs were littered with tripping hazards (vacuum cleaners and cleaning equipment everywhere) and really unsafe. We would have had to find alternative accommodation if we had our kids with us. A great place to stay… once the renovations are completed!
