The entry area was very cute and clean. The room was very small, the bed was very hard and uncomfortable, there was no air flow in the room at all and the shower always leaked onto the floor and made a large puddle/mess.

Very average hotel. Failed on some basics like the air con not working, pods for a coffee machine but no machine, empty minibar, luke warm breakfast (with terrible scrambled eggs !). However bed was great, shower was good and very quiet night so a great sleep, so not all bad !

We stayed 3 days in Paris. Very smooth and pleasant stay, staff was very helpful and nice. Room was clean and hotel was convenient for the price. Not many options to eat around but we made it work. Only negative is the Taxi that the hotel recommended to the airport was terrible.....closed van, no windows, it was 90 degrees and it had no A/C, also I believe he overcharged us.

The staff was great and very helpful: however, the sheets were dirty and it seemed as though each time they changed them we would find stains or blood stains. The shower also had pink mold.

The staff overall was very pleasant and willing to help, hoewever, i was surprised to see that there are no cart for the luggage, no staff to help with lugage (my colleagues and I had 3 pieces of luggage each), and there is only 1 elevator for guests and staff (cleaning crew with carts) so make sure to plan ahead and don't be in a rush because you will wait for that elevator 😅😅 The breakfast was really good and the staff was so nice and always ready to bring out freshly baked bread and pastries, it was really nice! The bathroom looked clean at first but a bit moldy, but the room was overall clean. I would not mind returning for another stay, however, this time, i will make sure not to have too much lugage ;-_)

Nothing to write home about

We were a family of 6 and stayed in 2 rooms for 4 nights. From the start, one of the rooms had a non-functioning AC, which did not manage to be repaired during our stay. A fan was provided, however this was not what we had paid the exorbitant price for! Although a replacement room was offered, this was so small that there was barely room to get down from bed! A portable AC offered was so noisy that it had to be switched off at night! Breakfast was of good quality but very little.Food consumed and glasses/plates used were not replenished easily. There was a day when no bread, cheeses, croissants, glasses or cups were available. It is definately not worth its price. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Location is not too central.I don't think I'd return to this hotel, especially with its high price tag and lack of AC in one of our rooms
