Overall it's a nice hotel. The rooms are painfully small, even by European standards. There was barely space to open one suitcase. No closet. Even in an upgraded room. The staff was friendly. Location is very convenient to walk to all the sights. It's on a quiet street. Overall good experience but would not book again based on the price and value of the experience.

Not the best

Staff was super friendly and great. Good for one night but I wouldn’t stay for longer. Location was super good and great for walking to shopping destinations. But hotel is quite outdated and needs some major update with beds and towels. My bathroom had a water bug which I killed, but not a great state of the room. Towels were quite run down and at least they could’ve updated that. Room had lingering BO probably from bed or curtains bc it’s probably quite old.

Perfect Parisian Getaway!!! This hotel's exceptional customer service and support truly elevated the holiday experience. Its prime location in the heart of the Golden Triangle puts you within a leisurely 30-40 minute stroll of iconic landmarks like the Arc de Triomphe, Louvre Museum, and Eiffel Tower. Shopaholics will love that the Champs-Élysées is also just a short walk away. The hotel itself offers clean and cozy rooms, along with a decent-sized gym for those who want to stay active. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable Parisian getaway. Thank you to Gemma, Tristan and Paul for making the stay so memorable.

It was really closer to all the attractions you would want to see while in Paris and on top of that the service was amazing! Me and my wife where there for our honeymoon and to do our vows in Paris and the staff treated us like family. We couldn’t wish for a better experience.

Superb Hotel! They speak Spanish. Very friendly staff. Very close to all the main attraction. The staff give us a special gift for my wife birthday and other gift on some nights that we stayed there. Excellent food at the restaurant Dos Almas too. Good size for a room in Paris too.

Luxury!

Incredibly clean, comfortable, and luxurious hotel. It's located close to a great metro stop. Excellent housekeeping, comfy beds. Overall we had a great experience except for check-in. In full transparency we did check in later in the evening, as our flight and cab ride got us there around 9 PM. The front desk attendant was slow, couldn't insert our card correctly into the reader, took an unrelated phone call while checking us in... and we noticed the next day that other guests were offered champagne while they checked in - a nice touch considering the hotel's price - however we were not. After a long day of travel, this unpleasant check-in was annoying however, it was the only blip in an otherwise amazing stay.

Ultimately the staff is superb. All very polite and very helpful at all times and at any request, this was the highlight of our stay. The facility itself for the price leaves a lot to be desired, however, you are in the heart of Paris its a bitter sweet give and take. I would stay again only because of the staff and the proximity to Paris' highlights.

Great looking boutique hotel with a lot of style. Unfortunately it was more style than substance. The shower wasn’t working when we deist arrived. The A/C was so weak that it couldn’t overcome the heat of an overzealous spring day and the room which was supposed to be for 3 has been catered for 2 (2 robes, 2 slippers, 2 teacups etc). The staff was wonderfully courteous and friendly, but ultimately useless at rectifying some of these issues. Still, the hotel had enough charm for us to juuuust about overlook the shortcomings.
