"Impressive hotel. A pool, spa, and sauna. There was delicious hot breakfast with water refilling stations and coffee machines around the property. The front desk staff were incredibly kind. Our room was very clean. No complaints. "

"This place is great. We went off-season, using it as a base of operations for touring all over the region. The room was comfortable and clean, the restaurants and bars in and around the building super convenient, staff was great. Now here are my two beefs: 1) They don't offer mid-stay refreshing of the room AT ALL. And 2) the architect should probably be brought up on war crimes, lol. Getting from building to building is quite an adventure, the signs guiding you are pretty lacking, etc. I eventually got my bearing, but just be prepared for a maze! Also, and no fault of the hotel at all, the prices for things in and around Park City are very high. I don't think we managed to have lunch for two for less than 80 bucks."

"This is the second time I have been unhappy with hotels.com. I’ve had to pay additional fees upon arrival. Once with a pet and once with parking. I feel those should be disclosed at the reservation. It would have made a difference on my decision to stay."
