"This hotel was very poor and we regret booking it. Staff clearly did not care - we had no TV remote for 3 hours and had to ask multiple times for them to find a replacement. Staff sat on their phones claiming they were too busy to help.
Our room was cleaned in a rush - there were clumps of fluff/dust on the tables and dirt on some of the bedding.
They weren't able to, and the only solution they offered was a downgrade to a smaller room where the TV was placed on top of a wardrobe in the corner...

"Dining room staff were not good at taking an order for an evening meal and following up that the meal had been delivered to the table. The vegetables and fries were cool indicating that perhaps the meal was waiting around. There were not many smiles either.
Conversely the reception staff were excellent. they helped with changing the room to a twin and to help organise a tour for the following morning. They also had lovely smiles as did the breakfast staff. Excellent omelette."

"We had a great stay. The highlight was the convenience of being attached to the airport. After a long travel day, it was so nice to never have to step outside to get to the hotel. Our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and we felt safe. We also had dinner at the hotel downstairs and it was excellent. The staff during dinner was kind, welcoming, and attentive.

"The hotel was great except for the room design. I traveled with one other person and had a room with one king bed. The trouble is that there was no privacy for the shower area (door opens directly into main area), and there are mirrors everywhere. If you want privacy from traveling companions in the shower / toilet area, you might want to research the room designs more carefully when making your reservation. Also, our room was close to the elevators, which we heard chiming throughout the night....
