"This place is very clean and well maintained. I came back a few times already and the location is central. May is good month to travel to Hanoi and affordable prices. The staff is very friendly and helpful. So much hospitality and assistance from staff from what to eat, what to do, and how to get around. The staff is so well trained and professional. The suite is spacious and comfortable; the bed and bathroom are super clean and comfortable. The superior room is also very spacious and comfortable. Love this place and always come back here once or twice annually. I would recommend this stay at the old quarter if you want accessibility and yet comfort."

"We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel and could not recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone was extremely helpful, attentive, and genuinely caring — nothing was ever too much trouble. A special mention has to go to the hotel manager, Thomas, who is without a doubt one of the friendliest and most professional hotel managers we have come across in all our travels. It was amazing how he remembered guests by name and always took the time to speak with everyone personally, making the experience feel very special and personal. Sarah was wonderful during check-in, providing us with lots of useful information about Hanoi and helping us settle in straight away. Lily was also incredibly kind and recommended some fantastic local restaurants which we thoroughly enjoyed during our stay. The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the rooms were exceptional — spacious, comfortable, and finished to a very high standard. The restaurants in the hotel were excellent, and the à la carte breakfast each morning was delicious with plenty of choice. The location was also perfect, close to all the shops, attractions, and amenities, making it very easy to explore Hanoi. Overall, this hotel exceeded all expectations and truly made our trip memorable. We would recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi and would definitely stay here again in the future. A definite 11/10!!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was spotless and exceptionally clean throughout our visit, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The restaurants were excellent, offering great food and a lovely atmosphere, and the à la carte breakfast was a real highlight each morning. "Absolutely loved my time here. The staff were so warm and friendly. I had an idea of what I wanted to do and see while in the city and the staff were so kind to recommend things I might enjoy or what I could do to make the most of my time in Hanoi. The room was comfortable and clean. On days when we didn’t request room cleaning the staff still made sure to provide us with water and fresh towels outside our room. The breakfast was fantastic and provided a variety of options. I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Hanoi. Great location and friendly staff."
