"I have stayed in many hotels in the Old Quarter during my one-month trip in Vietnam, and Bonjour D'An Nam is by far the best hotel I have experienced. The breakfast is abundant, convenient, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared. The room is comfortable, spacious, and quiet — exactly what I need for a good night’s sleep. One thing I wish they could improve is the availability of power outlets in the room; I struggled to charge my phone as there were no outlets near the bed. What truly makes this hotel stand out, however, is the staff. As I was traveling alone, Fiona was incredibly helpful in assisting me with all my questions and travel plans. She arranged my airport pick-up at 5 a.m., organized my one-day city tour (which was so much fun), and their recommendation for a Ha Long Bay cruise was exceptional — I genuinely enjoyed every part of it. When I checked in, Lucy was there to support me with all my requests. From recommending great places to eat, sharing practical tips to get around and make the most of Hanoi, to introducing me to the unique features of the area — I honestly felt like she could be my private tour guide. Trust me when I say, you will be treated like a king or queen by this service team. They go above and beyond to ensure you have the best possible journey in Hanoi. "My husband and I recently celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary, and choosing Hotel du lac Signature in Hanoi was one of the best decisions we could have made. From the very beginning, the service was impeccable. Even before our arrival, the hotel’s sales team responded promptly to every inquiry. We asked about airport transfers and traffic conditions, and they arranged everything seamlessly. They even sent us thoughtful recommendations for how to make our anniversary trip extra special. During our stay, we booked a Ha Long Bay tour through the hotel, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our entire journey. The arrangements were smooth, professional, and stress-free, allowing us to simply enjoy the experience. Every meal at the hotel was carefully prepared, beautifully presented, and full of flavor—truly making us feel pampered at every moment. The housekeeping staff also touched our hearts with their thoughtful preparation. They decorated our room with roses, arranged towel swans, and even surprised us with a beautifully presented cake.
