"No one was at the front desk when I arrived. No one answered the phone number provided either. My room keycard was sitting on the front desk for anyone to take. It was a poor check in experience. But the room was clean and the Bed was comfortable. No harm, no foul."

"Great location! We loved the neighborhood, the street, access to all kinds of wonderful restaurants, stores and transportation. The building was definitely a 200 year old building (lots of stairs), as it should be in that neighborhood. More attention could be paid to some of the minor items (sinks, kitchen appliances, bedside lamps, etc.). Nothing that a serious walk thru wouldn't take care of. But exceptional for the price and location. The management was responsive to issues as I made them...

"It was fine for the most part. The room had a sofa bed and was booked specifically for it. They did not provide extra blankets for the sofabed. Usually, there's some in the closet. When we'd asked, they did not have any extra blankets, so we ended up sharing the bed which was a bit awkward. Weird that the sofa bed is for additional guests, but no linens (pillows, blankets, sheets etc) were available."

"Listing said that it included a pull out sofa and did not. There was no full length mirror in the unit."
