"I have stayed here several times and never had issues, except for this time. We had house keeping try to enter our room twice in the morning way before checkout even with the do not disturb sign on the door. "

"The rooms are very dated and are in need of a facelift. But we primarily booked this location for the indoor/outdoor pool, which was amazing - heated and perfect, even in March. 10/10! The restaurants were really goo and reasonably priced. We especially loved the steakhouse! The spa looked wonderful and I hope to try it if we go back. The location is nice and very safe. I would definitely stay here again, I'd just be prepared next time for the dated rooms. "

"This hotel did not have the room teady when i tried to check in a 7pm! They have no back up for staff shortage. The feont desk was very co descending and had the nerve to accuse me of calling their place a scam.. even though payi.g for a room and not getting one is just that! Horrible and inexcusable.. do not ever recommend this place and i will never go back!!!!"

"Everything was amazing!! Room was beautiful and clean. There’s a security guard posted all night by the elevators and no one can enter until you show your keys. That made us feel safe. The only downside during our stay is, the pool was closed. I would recommend and stay here again. "

"I love the stay at The Clyde. I don't like that I reserve my rooms on Hotels.com and it seems I'm always in a substandard room. My room last night was spacious and I had a robe in the closet but the curtains were dirty and torn. I was unable to close them completely on both of the two windows in the room. One curtain panel on one window is one thing but to have the same issue with the other window shows a lack of concern by the hotel to make certain every room meets the Heritage Hotel standard. I will continue to stay here but it has become a coin toss as to whether or not my assigned rooms are substandard because I reserve my rooms on Hotels.com or because the hotel has allowed its rooms to deteriorate."
