"It was a mistake booking here. Although cheaper than many other Madrid hotels, it's still overpriced. The guys there are all right, but they have a girl working at the front who's dense, doesn't listen and is not suited for that role. I had problems in the room and there was lots of noise, so I hardly slept. There were lots of tiny flies too as the place wasn't clean"

"I stayed for 16 nights on a business trip. Having access to a laundry facility was a huge plus. Unfortunately, this was the only good thing about this place. The hotel displayed a 3-star rating at the entrance but falls short of many requirements for this rating: - The room is cleaned only once a week. - Some staff do not speak English. - Cleaning staff are not present on weekends. On my first night (which falls on a weekend), I spotted a cockroach in my room and killed it. I then requested...

"It was cute and so clean! The staff was super and very nice. The only thing is that there are no close walkable dining options. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe but is 25 minutes away from central Madrid so you are not close to the touristy areas. Transportation back and forth starts to add up."
