"The hotel was very clean. The staff were nice. The location was good. Less than 15 mins away to train."

"I booked this about 3-4 weeks in advance. When I turned up they said they were overbooked and sent me to a hostel about 25 minutes taxi ride away. So went from capsules to staying in a hostel dorm, with creaky beds, people snoring, and lots of incoming light. Had an awful nights sleep. They didn’t at any point try to contact me about the overbooking, so I suspect it’s just a deliberate business practice, which by the way is not legal. The hotel refused to give me a full refund, but Expedia...

"Breakfast could be better but it’s ok. First two days, no air conditioning in the rooms (too hot in the nights) but the staff turn it on and the problem was solved (thanks for that) "
