"Lovely, new, modern apartment in an ideal location in Potes. Just over the road from two supermarkets and the free public car park. Easy 10 minute walk into the action in town. Apartment had everything we needed and was clean and well appointed. Free use of the washing machines and dryers with free detergent and fabric conditioner! 5 stars from us!"

"Much more comfortable than we expected. We had an enclosed balcony with a great view of the mountains at the head of the valley. Breakfast was great and the parking was invaluable. Proximity to the cable car gave us flexibility to go up into the Picos when we chose."

"Lovely quiet place. Quite difficult to get to. Unclear instructions on where to park, how breakfast works, what the bar has to offer. Location for relaxing and unwinding is great. Be careful which room you book. Not. All have a window you can look out. Ours was just roof lights which was a real disappointment"

"The Picos de Europa Suites and Rooms are a few minutes drive from Potes. Our suite was spacious and comfortable although the hot weather meant that we didn’t feel like using the whirlpool bath. We didn’t take the breakfast option but drove into Potes. Laura gave us a list of restaurant recommendations and the two which we used were very good. She also gave us ideas for places to go sightseeing and hiking. She and her colleague were very friendly and helpful. There is a nice garden to sit and enjoy the fantastic scenery."

"Me gustó el hotel. El cuarto era grande y comodo. Buenas camas, buen baño. El personal nos recibió muy bien. Pero…. En la noche, ya entrada la madrugada llegaron otros huéspedes al mismo piso. Debian tener dos o tres cuartos. Pero se pasaron por todo el pasillo entre risa y risa, hablando altisimo, corriendo y lo peor, tocando las puertas de los de más huespedes, incluyendo la nuestra. Les escribi pidiendo ayuda al hotel y no hubo respuesta. Esos huespedes hicieron escandalo toda la madrugada y nadie del personal llegó. En fin, no dormimos ni con tapones en los oídos."
