"The room was clean; however the balcony was disgusting. It was covered with pigeon feces and an opening in the ceiling was where many roosted overnight. The door was difficult to open due to rusting and an open area to the outside. The stair door for exit outside the room would not close and the wind caused havoc all night as wind was 27 mi per hour. The indoor pool was not heated and the weather was very cool. I have photos of these complaints."

"This is our second stay at the Hilton Garden Inn, and it won’t be our last. The location is perfect, just beyond the end of the boardwalk. The room is large and comfortable, with the ocean out the window. Breakfast was good, and I LOVE the large indoor pool. There is ample parking, some in a covered garage. We first chose the Garden Inn because our dog could go with us. She was welcomed and had a wonderful stay. Although we were there during the time dogs are not allowed on the beach, she could walk along the dunes and all over town. She definitely gives the hotel a 4 paw rating."

"We really enjoyed our vacation at the dune's hotel, everything was perfect. We checked in on Sept. 15 and was scheduled to check out Sept. 22. But unfortunately, we had to check out on the 20th, we were unable to stay the night of the 20th, or the 21st. We were just wondering if we could possibly be reimbursed for at least one of those nights? If you could reach out to me one way or another it would really be appreciated. We did have a problem with our card in the meantime, I had to get a new Visa after being hacked. So, if possible, could you please reach out to me. Thank you so much for your time.
