Khách sạn Parsonville

"We enjoyed our stay. Other than the construction happening in front of the hotel making it difficult to navigate for a short amount of time, the stay was perfect. Good breakfast, clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff. Thank you for a great stay!"

"Very helpful. They retrieved an item we left behind until we could go back to get it."

"Property very dated and they have serious cleaning staff problems ! Did not clean our room and left door open"

"The room was really clean. The bed was a little hard, but the fire pit was nice as well. Brandon the overnight front desk was a real pleasure to talk with! We would definitely stay here again."

"Wonderful staff and breakfast!"

"Sleep in is amazing very nice and quiet place. Very clean and good breakfast! Rooms are very nice and clean. Right next to downtown Boone!"

"Clean rooms and great breakfast"

"The bed and pillows were so comfy!! Only downfall was the breakfast was broken so only muffins and cereal were available."

"3/5 Stars – Great staff and clean hotel, but poor room electronics and sleep environment Overall, the hotel itself is in great condition, very clean, and the staff was genuinely fantastic. However, my specific room had several frustrating issues that made the stay underwhelming. The bed was fairly average/mid-tier in terms of comfort, but the biggest issue was the room electronics. The TV's internet connection didn’t work, so I couldn't stream what I wanted. The TV also runs proprietary...

"The breakfast team was wonderful. Attention to detail and responsive. I gave a medium rating to staff because we were not told that we had to request room make up when we arrived. 3 days and no service, on the 2nd evening we complained and were told the hotel was full so they were too busy to around to us."

"I understand it’s a cost, but I feel when having an indoor pool option, it would be nice to make sure it’s heated. It’s not really a useful amenity when the water is freezing. Shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed so water got everywhere. I cleaned it up but something to keep an eye out for when you stay. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was really nice!"

"Lovely staff, cute rooms, great views"

"Super clean. Friendly staff. Shower water pressure could have been better and water could have been hotter. Other than that, everything was great!"

"Great location, very quiet. Food awesome!!!"

"$376 for frozen jimmy dean mini biscuits. bruised fruit. rooms are like a thift store."

"Perfect location, great amenities. Gym is clean with all the equipment you need. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast above average. Could not have been happier! Can walk downtown, straight down King St."
