Worst hotel in Malaysia
Room did not have a window, was damp and smelling, bathroom was dirty, all fixtures broken, ac leaking water. Would not recommend this place to anyone

Very badly maintained room with sagging mattress and pillow, unsightly stains on the sink, curtains, table top and seats in addition to moldy furniture. Never experienced such an unpleasant stay in my years of travel.

I’m genuinely confused how this hotel maintains a 4–5 star rating because our experience did not match that standard. To be fair, the bedding and towels were exceptionally clean, which we appreciated. And while even one or two cockroaches is not ideal, we are in Malaysia and understand that can occasionally ...
