"Our stay was truly exceptional from the moment we arrived until the very last moment of our visit. We traveled as a family of four—two adults, an 8-year-old girl, and an 11-year-old boy—and every detail of our experience reflected genuine care and thoughtful hospitality.A true highlight was the warm and welcoming staff.Everyone we encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. From the beginning, their warmth and thoughtful service made me feel truly cared for and sincerely welcomed. Their professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond made a lasting impression.We would especially like to thank Francisco and Adela for their exceptional kindness and support throughout our stay. Everything was handled with remarkable professionalism and ease, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our time without any disruption.The beautiful surroundings and elegant atmosphere made the experience feel truly special.Our children were constantly entertained with a wonderful variety of activities, so there was never a dull moment. As parents, we had complete peace of mind knowing they were safe, happy, and enjoying themselves, allowing us to truly unwind and savor precious family time. "This RIU was great! I loved that there was a shuttle between the other nearby RIU. However, I didn’t love that all of the restaurants weren’t open everyday and the ones that ARE open have limited space. This meant we had to eat at the buffet or the bar with a limited menu. I would also note that if you’re looking for a party resort, this is definitely not it. It’s more of a relaxed atmosphere, which is great. Other than the limited food options, we loved it"

"La ubicacion y la vista de la propiedad son excelentes. Es un un hotel familiar y bien ubicado. Me he hospedado ahi alrededor de 5 veces y siempre quedo muy satisfecha con mi estancia y con ganas de volver. Esta vez fue diferente, por primera ocasión pague el ALL INCLUSIVE. Pero si soy sincera los desayunos muy bien pero la cena y comida no fueron de mi agrado. La carne de credo dura, el pollo sin sabor. Y probe in poco de todo buscando que me gustaría entre los platillos Fuertes y no lo encontré. Las guarniciones muy ricas. El spa Holistic del hotel es maravilloso. Otro comentario es que Tuve in inconveniente al llegar al hotel ya que había reservado por Expedia y no me ayudaron a corregir en el hotel, tuve que hacerlo directamente con Expedia y afortunadamente corrigieron el nombre en la reserva y me dejaron hacer el check in. Me hubiera gustado que el personal en recepción o la encargada me hubieran resuelto. Pero no tuvieron mucha disposición. En general, sino presentas inconvenientes, es un buen lugar para disfrutar la playa. El jacuzzi estaba tibio. El all inclusive no te incluye todas las bebidas nacionales. Como por ejemplo tequilas Don Julio, herradura u otros tequilas de buena calidad que tienen a la vista. Hay que pagar por ellos. Claro que si volvería. Espero tomen en cuenta mis comentarios y se mejore el sazón del chef, la barra libre nacional, y la atención en el front desk para resolver errores en los nombres de reservación."

"The rooms were great. Staff was very helpful. All the food was great. The beach was beautiful. Can’t wait to come back. No wrist bands, which is great. Stayed a few nights in the suite with balcony and one night with the walk up pool. I’m definitely doing the walk up pool again. 🙏🙏"

"The staff was nice, friendly and really helpful, the food tasted amazing, the buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner were delicious no complaints. The bars were nice and had all kinds of drinks, the pool was clean and had good vibes. Room service were really nice and helpful, the rooms were really clean and had everything, the only problem was the AC that unfortunately it broke down but they immediately repair but it wasn’t the same, I can say that they fixed by bringing us a fan which it helped alot. Other than that 10/10 recommended."
