"There were some dirty clothes left in a small dresser in the closet, but other than that the room was extremely clean. Staff was great. Housekeeping refreshed towels and wash clothes daily. I do wish there was access to a microwave for warming up food. But I appreciate the complimentary cappuccino machine and water coolers on the property. "

"Super nice area just outside of downtown Charleston in a charming traditional neighborhood. Nice staff, beautiful room and balcony. Restaurant downstairs was a bonus. I didn't get to take advantage of the nearby pool as it was too cold. I'd love to stay here again."

"This is my third time staying here and I will always recommend it. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. We had one issue with noise and the staff resolved it immediately. This is the best place to stay with close proximity to anything you’d want to visit in Charleston. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again! The staff was also super welcoming and friendly! "We enjoyed the hotel very much! The location is ideal. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The staff is very attentive to detail. We loved the pre-visit email, the welcome and goodbye notes, the signature room fragrance to take home, the wine and cheese party and the late night port. We met interesting people/guests in the bar, and the every member of the team that works there is polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. We will return! "
