Numerous families had booked rooms and upon trying to check in they were not available. The staff got us taken care of by splitting our large family into two rooms because everything else in the area was booked and couldn’t make other accommodations. "TruReview- 2d and last year I will stay at this location hotel. Doors dont work and dont get fixed. Items in rooms constantly broken. I choose this brand across the country and of the dozen or more Ive stayed in, this is the worst for maintenance and broken ammenities."
