"TV did not work. One light had no switch to turn it off. It was annoying to sleep with a light on. In our absence, housekeeping entered our room with the excuse of turn down service, performed NO turn down service and left our door wide open. We noticed our room was open and our property was unprotected only when we returned at night. Unacceptable."
