"Multiple power outages, room was very warm no matter how low the AC was, elevators not working due to power issues, fire alarm going off I assume to power issues. It was a terrible experience. I know this is no fault of the staff, and they were excellent, but man was this stay awful. No rest "

"There was no USB port for me to charge cell phone with. Thankfully I kept a portable battery for backup. Other than that, everything was great."

"Had to call maintenance to come and fix tv. The toilet ran almost non stop! And it was very loud! And made it difficult to sleep! The hot tub wasn’t thoroughly cleaned prior to us being able to use it. So we had to clean it prior to using it. At about 9:30 a m the next day we had the do not disturb sign in the door. And there were still two interuptions he was from housekeeping unexpectedly We had a do not disturb sign hanging in the door. Also, overnight, the tv stopped working again. "The hotel is in a great location central in the city. It's close to the interstate but is quiet. This was my husband and I second stay. Look forward to returning."

"Great staff, one of the few places where the front desk gave bottle water when asked. Have been to other hotels where they only give you one at checkin and that is it. One nit-pick the bathroom didn’t have a vent, so it got steamy. Next shower left the door opened a bit for steam to escape."

"Convenient and close to the hospital. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly. The walls were a little thin so road noise and neighbor conversations were a little loud inside the room."

"I chose this hotel as it is close to the children’s hospital and my son was having heart surgery. Upon arrival the desk chair was broken and the microwave was missing buttons. The staff changed out the desk chair when they were notified. When we came back from son’s surgery we found a dead cockroach in the room-when we notified staff they said it’s ok we just had the hotel treated for insects, I tried to explain it’s not ok-my son needs a clean room for healing. Nothing was done to help us nor was any portion of a refund given. I’m very glad we didn’t eat breakfast there and definitely do not recommend. Would not stay again."

"AC is worked great. Hair in the room. Room outdated. I asked for a receipt , said I would get it through email , never got the receipt. Tight parking but empty enough. Felt safe. "
