"We checked in late. Staff were excellent in helping us get transportation from off site rental car drop off point to the airport. Not enough time to check out the amenities but the room and property were clean and in good shape."

"Staying here overnight to attend the Microsoft AI Tour at GICC. The airport shuttle was on time and a convenient way to get from the airport to the hotel. The staff was very friendly and they have a bar with food open until 1pm. That was great as I was able to grab a bite without leaving the hotel. Food is basic (wings, sandwiches, etc) but it was good and came out hot. I was also able to workout in the morning and they have complimentary hot breakfast which is decent. So, overall, this was a great value for the money which had everything that I need for my overnight stay. The only downsize is that this property needs a little TLC. The common areas were a little dirty, even though the room and bathrooms were clean. But everything is showing its age."

"The staff when I checked in were wonderful. Unfortunately, my room was not clean with hair on the bathroom floor and the toilet seat was dirty. When I checked out, the staff member was very rude and acted like I was “bothering” her when I asked a simple question about the SkyTrain. Won’t be staying here again."

"Stayed for one night for the airport shuttle. Upon entering our room, I found someone else’s makeup up that was left and not picked up by the cleaning crew. We had dinner around 8pm and it was not crowded, but they only had one waitress waiting all the tables and serving the bar. It would a little busy by the end of our meal and really require two people working, but it was still that one person waiting all the tables, takeout orders, and bartending so it took us 45 mins to receive our check. The really only good thing was the airport shuttle. There were stains on the couches in the lobby and everything felt dirty. Including our floor in our room was sticky too. It was fine for one night but we will never go back, even though we fly frequently. You get what you pay for."

"The Breakfast was excellent"

"The bed was very lumpy, breakfast was muffins and coffee and was actually not out when I went to get it at 9:30 am. Blinds were not working and ac was loud. Definitely do not recommend."
