"Loved our stay at this cute property! Breakfast was delicious and was my favorite during my whole trip throughout Switzerland! Make sure to take advantage of the free shuttle to and from train station"
"Absolutely would stay again. Check in was easy (as long as you are even slightly tech savvy), room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was gorgeous. Shower did have a 30 second - 60 second timer, but was no big deal, great for eco-friendliness. Ski storage available, coffee (vending machine), and snacks available on main floor. Quiet stay, with gorgeous views from 360* around the building. About a 10 minute walk out of the main area of town, so would have to be okay with the walk, but there...
"The front desk was very friendly and helpful. Although hotel is not far from train station, we were offered to and from complementary shuttle. The shuttle drivers were very nice. The basement room we stayed in was very spacious with a huge washroom and a kitchenette. House keeping was very tidy. The pool and hot tub was refreshing after a long day of hiking. Breakfast had a good variety. We really enjoyed the menu and service at onsite DUDE pub. Highly recommend and will definitely come back...
"The property was very close to the station and being in front of the cable car going to Sunnegga. Although we didn’t go it is very convenient. Our room had a perfect view of the Matterhorn. Walking distance to all including the gorner gorge.
Breakfast was very good- can even order pancakes and good selection for a continental one.
We were lucky to have a good weather so we were able to go to forget and saw Matterhorn very clearly.
Highly recommended hotel!"

"Hotel Bahnhof exceeded my expectations from the moment i stepped out of the Zermatt station - it was just across the street and so central that you were right on the shopping street and the goats passed it in the morn and afternoon on their trek to the mountains.
