Our elderly dog was given as warm a welcome and standard of care as were we. The cuisine is top notch - compliments to the chef - and the serving staff’s level of attentiveness well-judged. Small, unexpected extras were much appreciated. "

I suppose they add to the ambiance of the historical hotel. We were too hot during the night so propped the window open to get fresh air.
