"When we arrived at the hotel they did not have our booking in their system and looked very surprised to see anyone there. We were the only guests at the entire hotel, but they still did not have a room available for us at 3.30pm when we arrived. We got our room at 4.30pm but was told we should wait 1 hour with using the private pool as they had just put in the chlorine. The rooms are a bit messy and dusty. "Everything at this place was incredible from the staff to the room with the view and the amazing hot tub. Everything was close and if it wasn’t you could get a lovely ride on a very nice golf cart!! Loved the koi pond they were fun to feed and the staff was over the top professional!! We had the best most absolutely romantic massage ever with a bathtub full of flowers and champagne with delicious sweet and savory snacks to go along with it, and the most amazing sunset view to top it all off!! ...
