"Accidentally put me in nicer room, had to move to a room in front of elevator-lots of chatter outside my door. Sunday dinner was mediocre. The staff was wonderful. I am very impressed that the owners restored this fabulous building. It adds beauty and sophistication to a troubled party of town. Overall: conveniently located. Plaza side room for peace and quiet."

"Beautiful hotel, the room was so spacious. Every area of the hotel is so thoughtfully decorated. The breakfast is small but so tasty. The bed has the softest sheets! I would recommend this to anyone staying in Lisbon."

"Was amazed about the easy check in, as well as the offering of breakfast when arrived while waiting for the room to get ready. Staff was super friendly and professional in all aspects of our visit. Centrally located you can more or less walk anywhere in central Lisbon. This is a Art Deco hotel so if you appreciate the design of lost times this is the place to stay. Breakfast served daily until 12 is also a nice addition to the service."

"The staff was very helpful and made the check-in and check out process simple. Building was very nice and clean. Room was great for a the large group of us, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and the pullout couch. That being said, a large group on the top floor posed a bit of a challenge with the 2 person elevator.
